Memorial Scholarship
Established in 2018, the Jason Suleski Memorial Scholarship
Fund will provide a 4-year scholarship to a recent graduate of Sacred Heart
School (Hampton, NH) who will be pursuing a Catholic high school education.
The amount of assistance will vary based upon the success of future fundraising
efforts. Payments will be made directly to the recipient's school.
Applicants should respond to the following questions:
1)
Describe an activity that you are truly
passionate about.
2)
What does the word “family” mean to you?
3)
Describe the character trait you possess of which
you are most proud.
Please create one Word document responding to each question
in traditional essay form. The
heading of the document should include your full name, your address, and your
telephone number. Submit your
document by email attachment to:

Submissions date for 2024 is by May 1st.
It is our hope that the recipient of this award can join us for our 2024 Golf event, where he or she will
be formally recognized.
Do to the tremendous support our fund has received, all
scholarships have been
extended beyond freshman year and
future winners will receive an automatic 4-year scholarship.
To date we have given $30,000.00 to Sacred Heart School alumni.
